1. Service Description
ARMAXX provides AI-assisted arm scans and personalized 30-day workout recommendations. ARMAXX is a fitness and wellness tool, not medical advice, and does not guarantee specific physical results.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms to use ARMAXX.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use ARMAXX only for lawful personal fitness purposes.
- Do not upload illegal content or content you do not have rights to use.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service.
4. Health and AI Disclaimer
Scan outputs and workout plans are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have injuries or medical conditions. You remain solely responsible for your training decisions and physical activity.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features may be offered through in-app subscriptions. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by your app store provider and subject to their terms.
6. Intellectual Property
ARMAXX, its software, branding, and related content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant ownership rights to users.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARMAXX is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including injury related to exercise.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, policy violations, legal reasons, or service changes.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ARMAXX after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
